We're growing, and we're looking for an experienced Orthodontic Clinical Assistant to join our amazing team! We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in orthodontic assisting (this is required) Positive, dependable, and a true team player Organized and able to keep up with a busy schedule Friendly with patients of all ages Ready to grow with a practice that values kindness, teamwork, and having fun while delivering exceptional care. Technical Job Details: Clinical Patient Care: technical chairside assisting (not limited to archwire adjustments, bonding brackets and clear aligner attachments, cementing expanders, dental records (take radiographs, photos, impressions, intraoral 3-D scans)); Facilitate patient flow from check in to check out, emphasizing timeliness and efficiency Patient education: Communicate to patient and parent about daily procedures, oral health and orthodontic progress; Comfort patient and motivate their compliance. Technology/Documentation: Input electronic patient record, upload photos, iTero 3-D scanner Sterilization and Dental Lab: clean and prepare clinical operatories, sterilize and organize dental instruments, pour models for retainer and appliance fabrication Tuesday- Friday: 8:00am-5pm 24-32 hours/week www.mycoloradosmile.com At Cronin & Czarnik Orthodontics, we believe the best smiles start with an incredible team.
