What You Will Do (Job Duties) As our Lead Dental Assistant, you will anchor our back-office operations. Your key responsibilities include: Providing top-tier, comfortable chair-side assisting during clinical procedures. Managing strict instrument sterilization and infection control protocols. Executing efficient operatory set up and clean up to keep the day running smoothly. Overseeing general back-office maintenance , inventory, and ordering. Assisting with patient communication, including telephone and computer skills when needed.
