We're looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Part-Time Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand their treatment options, navigate insurance and financial arrangements, and create an exceptional patient experience. Part-Time Schedule Tuesday: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM Wednesday: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM Thursday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM What You'll Do Present treatment plans and discuss financial options Review insurance benefits and patient responsibilities Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate follow-up care Help patients feel informed and confident in their treatment decisions Maintain accurate patient documentation Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience Support front office operations as needed What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable discussing treatment costs and insurance benefits Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dental experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a passion for helping others.
