Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy with precision and care. Diagnose dental conditions using clinical assessments and dental imaging techniques, ensuring accurate treatment planning. Provide specialized treatments such as prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws. Utilize dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix to document patient information efficiently. Follow strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures. Communicate clearly with patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions to foster trust and understanding. POTENTIAL FOR ASSOCIATESHIP RELATIONSHIP Qualifications Valid state dental license with current credentials to practice dentistry in the designated region. Proven experience in general dentistry with familiarity in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Proficiency in dental software platforms such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and healthcare diagnosis procedures. Ability to perform dental extractions, implants, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and state healthcare requirements related to medical documentation and patient privacy.
