Dental Assistant Join Our Team! We are a small, close-knit private dental practice looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to become part of our work family. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures. Assist the dentist during a variety of restorative, preventive, and surgical procedures. Sterilize and maintain instruments in accordance with OSHA and CDC guidelines. Take high-quality digital radiographs. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records. Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies. Ensure operatories are clean, organized, and fully stocked. Support front office team as needed to provide an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred (minimum 1 year preferred) but not required if candidate is the right fit for on-the-job-training. Knowledge of Curve Dental, or other dental practice management software is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
