The right candidate will ensure an efficient, smooth and pleasant experience for patients by providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Welcome patients and parents to our office Prepare patients and ensure comfort for treatments and routine cleanings Set up proper instruments, equipment and materials needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry Undertake lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygeine and post-op care instructions Ensure the dental rooms are clean and well stocked Schedule appointments Maintain accurate patient records Skills: Proven experience as a dental assistant Knowledge of health and safety regulations Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills High school diploma EFDA certification is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
