Dental Assistant - Smith Endodontics - Fleming Island, FL

Searching for a part time (3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday) for our Endodontic practice. Duties include assisting dentist during endodontic procedures. Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials, maintaining strict aseptic techniques to uphold infection control standards. Manage patient records using Dentrix, ensuring accurate documentation of medical history, and dental terminology. Support patients by explaining procedures, answering questions about dental terminology. Previous experience working in an endodontic practice is preferred but not required; Dental assisting experience is required . Proficiency with Dentrix is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, especially pediatric patients.
