We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who takes meaningful ownership of their patients’ health. The right person will enjoy developing long-term relationships while also providing thorough, clinically excellent care. This includes recognizing periodontal disease, clearly communicating findings, educating patients, and working closely with the dentist to develop and carry out appropriate treatment plans. This position is ideal for a hygienist who is curious about their patients, takes pride in understanding the full clinical picture, and is willing to put in the effort required to help each patient achieve better long-term health. Schedule Monday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Three days per week Compensation $56–$58 per hour, depending on experience Benefits Paid Time Off Paid holidays 401(k) In-house dental care for the employee and their immediate family, including a spouse or partner What We Are Looking For A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist A genuine commitment to getting to know patients and understanding their individual needs Strong periodontal assessment, charting, documentation, and patient-education skills Confidence recognizing and communicating periodontal conditions and risk factors A willingness to collaborate with the dentist on diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning Ownership of periodontal therapy, reevaluation, maintenance, and continuity of care The ability to explain clinical findings in a way that helps patients understand and participate in their care A dependable, compassionate, and clinically conscientious approach Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset At Gorge Dental, relationship-based care and clinical excellence are equally important.
