The Person We Are Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Fluent in both English and Spanish Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule Friendly, respectful, and well-mannered with patients and coworkers Experienced and confident performing orthodontic adjustments Skilled with their hands and able to work efficiently and gently Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment Proactive and able to anticipate what the doctor and clinical team need Positive, coachable, and willing to continue learning Interested in a stable, long-term position with opportunities for professional growth Required Qualifications Minimum of one year of hands-on orthodontic assisting experience Professional fluency in English and Spanish Ability to perform routine orthodontic adjustments and clinical procedures efficiently Strong infection-control, sterilization, and operatory-management skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with children, teenagers, adults, and parents Availability to work two Saturdays per month Consistent attendance and dependable transportation Candidates must have actual orthodontic assisting experience. This is not an entry-level dental assisting position.
