We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team Tullahoma, TN. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you. Schedule (days/hours): Mon, Tue, Wed 8am- 5pm, Thur 10am - 7pm & Fri 8am -12pm (one Saturday a month) Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – required Dental Radiology (X-Ray) Certification Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Compensation: $17 - $21/hr About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
