Bilingual Dental Front Desk / Receptionist (English/Spanish) — Full-Time — Carrollton, TX Pay: $22 an hour Bilingual — English and Spanish — required. TDI Dental is a new, dentist-owned general practice in Carrollton. We're building our founding team around one simple idea: our patients are our neighbors, and they should be cared for in their own language — at the front desk and at the chair. What you'll do: You will be the first voice on the phone and the first face at the door Welcome every patient with a smile they can hear over the phone Own the schedule — book, confirm, and keep production days full Check patients in and out, and keep the front office humming Assist the doctor chairside during procedures on certain days and hours — no assisting experience needed, we'll train you! (Already a DA or RDA? You'll hit the ground running.) Your week Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Who does well here. Someone warm on the phone and warmer in person. Reliable. Organized enough to keep a busy schedule tight, and friendly enough that patients remember you by name. Experience in a dental or medical office is welcome — but not required. What can be taught, we'll teach. The role will grow as the practice does. You'd work directly with the doctor-owner. Decisions get made in the building, same day. One location, no floating, and a team small enough that your work is never invisible.
