Patient Experience & Marketing Coordinator Join one of Dallas’ fastest-growing orthodontic practices! At Gupta Smile Studio, we believe going to the orthodontist should actually be fun. We are a modern, boutique orthodontic practice in Bishop Arts focused on delivering an incredible patient experience while creating content that people genuinely enjoy following. We’re looking for someone with an infectious personality who loves talking to people, is comfortable in front of a camera, enjoys social media, and can help create an unforgettable experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This is much more than a traditional front desk position. You’ll be one of the faces of our practice. What You’ll Do Marketing & Social Media Create fun Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content Capture patient photos and videos Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns and promotions Help coordinate community events and partnerships Keep our social media fresh, engaging, and on-brand Work alongside our doctor and team to grow the practice Patient Experience Welcome patients with enthusiasm and energy Answer phones and schedule appointments Help check patients in and out Make every patient feel excited to be here Build relationships with families and referring offices Bonus Skills (Not Required) Orthodontic or dental assisting experience Knowledge of orthodontic software (Cloud 9, Dolphin, etc.) Graphic design (Canva) Photography or video editing Experience with Meta, Google, or social media advertising We’re Looking For Someone Who Is… Naturally bubbly, outgoing, and confident Loves meeting new people Professional but fun Organized and dependable Comfortable using social media every day Self-motivated and eager to learn Excited to grow with a rapidly expanding orthodontic practice Positive, coachable, and a true team player Qualifications Preferred: 1+ year in a dental or orthodontic office Customer service experience Social media experience No marketing degree required—we care far more about creativity, personality, and work ethic.
