About Our Office: Our modern, patient-focused PRIVATE dental practice is growing , and we are currently looking to add TWO experienced team members to our front office team! Position Overview: We are experiencing a period of transition, as one of our valued front desk team members retires and another has moved to a different part of the state. We are grateful for their contributions and are now excited to welcome new team members who will help continue delivering the exceptional care and services our patients deserve. '''Duties''' - Register patients and ensure all necessary information is obtained - Answer phone calls and provide/collect information to/from patients - Assist with appointments and cancellations as needed - Verify insurance eligibility and benefits - Calculate co-pays accurately - Work as a team with other front office team members ```Requirements:``` - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficient in using computer systems and software, preferably Eaglesoft - Ability to handle cash/check/card transactions accurately - Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment - Professional appearance and demeanor -Previous dental office experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candudate.
