**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental clinic team. Must have an RDA license. **Responsibilities:** - Assist dentists with patient care, including preparing patients for treatment, taking X-rays, and cleaning instruments. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines. - Utilize Open Dental systems to manage patient information - Perform aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment. - Assist with prosthodontic procedures and maintain the necessary knowledge and skills to support these treatments. - Collaborate with the dental team to provide a comprehensive and high-quality patient experience. - Participate in four-handed dentistry, working closely with the dentist and hygienist to ensure efficient and precise treatment. **Skills:** - Experience in a dental clinic environment, with a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology. - Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical records management. - Familiarity with aseptic technique and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
