Orthodontic Assistant or Treatment Coordinator Plano, TX Full-Time Jensen Orthodontics is growing, and we're looking to add either an experienced Orthodontic Assistant or Treatment Coordinator to our team! We're Hiring For: Orthodontic Assistant Assist the orthodontist during patient procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take X-rays, photos, and impressions as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Ensure an exceptional patient experience Preferred Qualifications: Orthodontic or dental assisting experience RDA certification preferred (if applicable) Strong communication and organizational skills Treatment Coordinator Welcome new patients and guide them through the consultation process Present treatment plans and financial options Coordinate scheduling and patient follow-up Support front office operations and provide outstanding customer service Preferred Qualifications: Orthodontic, dental, or medical front office experience Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude What We're Looking For Positive, dependable, and team-oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation between both Plano locations Coachable, flexible, and eager to learn Passion for creating an outstanding patient experience Why Join Jensen Orthodontics?
