Position Full-Time/Part time Dental Assistant Location: Potomac, MD What You’ll Do Create Positive Experiences: Help kids and their families feel at ease with excellent care and communication. Assist with Pediatric Procedures: Work alongside our awesome pediatric dentists in a fun, fast-paced setting. Support Your Team: Collaborate with our dental team to ensure every visit runs smoothly. Keep Things Running: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a safe, clean environment. What We’re Looking For Fun & Friendly Personality: You love working with children and bring positive energy to every interaction. X-Ray Certification: Maryland dental radiology certification preferred/required as applicable for taking radiographs. Excellent Communicator: Great with kids and equally great at communicating with parents. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to juggle tasks and stay on top of details in a busy environment. No Experience? No Problem! If you're motivated and ready to learn, we’re happy to train you! We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you thrive in your role. Bonus Points (But Not Required) Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software Bilingual in Spanish – a big plus! Previous pediatric dental experience Why Join SuperKids?
