Dental Front Desk Coordinator - Whitworth Family Dentistry - Fredericksburg, TX

We are seeking a professional dental front desk coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and be able to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. Duties: - Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the clinic - Manage patient communication and scheduling - Collect payment from patients - Verify and submit insurance - Answer incoming phone calls and help patients as needed - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort, and input insurance correspondence - Maintain office security by following safety procedures - Order front office supplies and keep front lobby well organized Requirements: - Customer service experience - Strong work ethic and team oriented - Proficiency in computers/technology - Hands-on experience with office equipment (computers, printers, phones etc.) - Professional attitude and appearance - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise - Excellent organizational skills Nice-to-Have Skills: - Previous work in a dental office setting - Familiarity with dental software - Customer support background - Experience as a dental or medical assistant This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment with room for growth.
