LOCATION Premier Family Dental 5690 Santa Teresita Drive Santa Teresa, NM 88008 We are just off Country Club Road on the west side of El Paso, only a few minutes across the New Mexico state line. Led by Dr. Tony Kasallis and Office Manager Melisa, Premier Family Dental is a friendly family practice where excellent patient care, teamwork, accountability, and professional growth matter. We have big goals for the practice and want a dedicated hygienist who is excited to grow with us. SCHEDULE Monday through Friday Morning huddle begins at 8:30 a.m. Office closes at 4:00 p.m. No evenings or weekends COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS $39 to $45 per hour, depending on experience Paid vacation begins accruing on your first day Earn one hour of paid vacation for every 30 hours worked, up to the policy maximum of two paid weeks per year Dental care for the employee Discounted dental care for family members Assistance with eligible New Mexico licensing expenses Guidance for qualified out-of-state hygienists pursuing an available temporary New Mexico license while their permanent application is processed WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A licensed or license-eligible dental hygienist Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic A warm, professional approach to patient care Excellent communication and patient education skills Someone who values teamwork, productivity, and personal accountability A team member who wants to grow with an ambitious practice Out-of-state hygienists are encouraged to contact us.
