Job Overview We’re seeking a qualified lead Dental Assistant who is caring, professional, dependable and reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive, patient-focused setting. Qualifications We are Looking For: 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Proficient with dental assisting techniques and protocols Familiarity with 3D scanning and taking x-rays Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Self-motivated and reliable with a willingness to learn and work. Friendly, calm demeanor and team-focused attitude Current CPR certification (optional) Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
