Schedule Part-Time Mondays and Thursdays Flexibility to assist with additional coverage when other team members are away is appreciated. Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour Benefits include: Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Dental Benefits Continuing Education Opportunities Scrub Allowance/Uniforms What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care Provide compassionate, patient-focused clinical support Maintain accurate clinical documentation Take digital radiographs as needed Support infection control and sterilization protocols Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Has strong computer skills and attention to detail Communicates professionally with patients and teammates Is dependable, trustworthy, and eager to contribute Enjoys working with their hands Helps patients feel calm and comfortable Is flexible and willing to support the team when needed Takes pride in being part of a high-performing practice An Associate's degree or higher is strongly preferred. We are seeking candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and confidence using computers and dental software. Dental experience is preferred but not required. We're happy to train someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
