Dental Front Desk/Dental Assistant Evanston, IL $48,000/year | Full-Time Do you enjoy organizing schedules, helping people, and keeping everything running smoothly? We’re looking for a full-time Patient Services Representative/Dental Assistant to join our welcoming dental office in Evanston. Located just two blocks from Lake Michigan, our office offers more than just a great work environment—your lunch break could include a relaxing walk by the lake. We’re seeking someone friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and professional who takes pride in creating a positive patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door. Office Hours · Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM · Two Fridays & two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM What You’ll Do · Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism · Schedule appointments and manage daily office flow · Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims processing · Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries · Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA · Support the dental team to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience · Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry · Assist the doctors with dental procedures, x-rays and impressions What We’re Looking For · Dental office experience & dental assisting preferred · Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is a plus · Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling and assisting with dental procedures preferred · Strong communication and organizational skills · Dependable, positive, and team-oriented mindset · Ability to multitask while staying calm and professional Benefits & Perks · $48,000 annual salary · Health & vision insurance · 401(k) · Paid holidays, PTO, and vacation · On-the-job training and growth opportunities · Supportive, team-oriented environment · Modern office in one of Evanston’s best neighborhoods If you’re looking for a front desk/dental assisting role where patients know your name, your team supports you, and the environment is both professional and welcoming—we’d love to meet you.
