Permanent Dental Assistant Job in El Paso, TX

Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Greet and prepare patients for exams and procedures, ensuring comfort Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry Set up and break down treatment rooms and instruments Sterilize instruments according to OSHA and office standards Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked operatories Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payments Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols Qualifications 1+ year of dental assisting experience (preferred) Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of OSHA and infection control guidelines Ability to perform coronal polishing (preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Requirements TSBDE Dental Assistant License (Required) High school diploma or equivalent (Dental Assistant certification preferred) Benefits â Health insurance â Dental insurance â Vision insurance â Paid time off â Employee discount â Flexible schedule Schedule Monday to Saturday 8-hour shifts Weekends as needed Apply Today We are looking for a team player who is ready to grow with us and make a difference in patientsâ lives.
