Join our growing Valley View Dental Team! We are seeking motivated, professional individuals excited about dentistry. We currently need a full-time Dental Assistant to join our clinical team at the Naperville location. In this role, you will assist the dentist during a wide variety of procedures, prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments, and support front-office tasks such as scheduling and patient communication when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities while delivering an outstanding patient experience. Minimum 3 years experience as a Dental Assistant, ortho experience preferred. Core areas of work include: Clinical chairside assistance Radiography and diagnostics Infection control and sterilization Patient care and education Practice support and front office support We are looking for someone who is naturally patient-centered - prioritizes rapport, clear communication, and has a positive attitude.
