What You'll Do Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive experience from the moment they arrive. Provide outstanding chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures. Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-operative care. Take digital radiographs, impressions, pour models, fabricate whitening trays, and make temporary crowns. Accurately chart treatment and assist with scheduling using Eaglesoft. Prepare treatment rooms, maintain instrument sterilization, and ensure operatories are clean, organized, and ready for each patient. Help create an efficient, seamless workflow while delivering exceptional patient care. What We're Looking For Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) 3+ years of clinical dental assisting experience Experience with CEREC and/or iTero technology preferred Proficiency with Eaglesoft is a plus Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic A positive team player who enjoys collaborating and helping others succeed Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience Ready to Join Our Team?
