Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Braintree, MA
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures and help provide quality patient care. Duties: - Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures - Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment - Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs - Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral healthcare - Take dental x-rays - Maintain accurate patient records Skills: - Knowledge of aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment - Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus - Strong background in dental assisting -Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7Am to 5PM and Saturday from 8:30 to 1:30PM Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Braintree, MA 02184 (Required) Work Location: In person
