If you’re a positive team player who is eager to learn and grow, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities Assist alongside Dr. Omana during orthodontic procedures and patient appointments. Prepare and breakdown treatment ops and sterilize instruments. Take digital photographs, impressions, and X-rays (as permitted by certification). Fabricate specific orthodontic appliances in house Utilize Ortho2 practice management software. Operate a 3Shape intraoral scanner, or be willing to learn. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Help create a welcoming, organized office environment. Cross-train in different areas of the practice to support the team and expand your skills. Qualifications Orthodontic assisting experience required. Experience with Damon or self ligating brackets preferred. Experience with Ortho2 software is a plus. Experience with a 3Shape intraoral scanner or any similar is preferred Lab experience is a plus, we are willing to train (specially fixed lingual retainers, RPE, IDB setups) X-ray certification or ability to obtain. Willingness to cross-train and learn new skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
