What You'll Do Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for efficient patient care. Review daily schedules and treatment plans with the dentist and clinical team. Welcome patients, record medical histories, and help them feel at ease. Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. Take high quality dental X rays. Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards. Prepare materials, trays, and lab cases for current and upcoming appointments. Help keep the office running smoothly while providing outstanding patient care. What We're Looking For Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required. Current CPR certification required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude with a team first mindset. Organized, dependable, and detail oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
