Dental Front Desk Receptionist - bohn dental - Hudsonville, MI

Position Summary: Family-owned dental practice searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to add to our growing team. We are looking for an individual that has some experience with the dental industry. Confidence with insurance billing and treatment plan presentation is desired, but not necessary. This person would work alongside an existing team. The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment. Assigned Duties: - Greet and check-in patients - Answer the phone and manage the call appropriately - Schedule appointments and recall - Verify and update dental insurance information - Collect payment at time of service and submit statements - Scan and organize patient documents - Facilitate communication with area specialists - Coordinating with dental laboratories; sending and receiving cases - Helping the team maintain a clean and organized workspace - Additional duties as assigned Additional Skills/Experience: - 1-2 years of experience desired - Good communications skills - Comfortable with technology - Familiar with insurance and billing, but not required Compensation: - $18-$25 hourly based on experience level (Negotiable) Availability/Hours: - Hours 7:30am-12:30pm, 1:30pm-5pm - Considering full time, or part-time (two to three days per week) - Monday and Friday coverage needed, other days negotiable If interested, please respond to listing.
