This unique opportunity provides formal training while you continue building your career with our team. What We're Looking For A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to learn. Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset. Reliable, organized, and proactive. Great at anticipating needs and keeping things running smoothly. Always ready to jump in, lend a hand, and support the team. Experience in a dental setting is welcome but not required. Holds a Virginia X-ray Certification and CPR Certification, or is willing to obtain both within 30 days of employment. What You'll Do Prepare and sterilize instruments while following infection control protocols. Capture dental X-rays and manage patient records. Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment rooms. Support patients and help them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. Assist our dentists during procedures and treatments while learning and developing your skills. Be an essential part of a supportive, close-knit team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
