What You'll Do Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care. Perform periodontal assessments, scaling and root planing, prophylaxis, and patient education. Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Collaborate with dentists and office teams to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Adapt quickly to different office workflows while maintaining consistent, high-quality care. Qualifications Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness and ability to travel to multiple practice locations throughout Virginia. Experience with digital charting and dental software is preferred. What We Offer Competitive PRN hourly pay($62-$67/hr). Flexible scheduling based on your availability.
