Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Pediatric Dentist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, confident in providing comprehensive pediatric dental care, and experienced in sedation and hospital dentistry. You will work alongside an experienced clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs. Pay $1,000 daily guarantee 30–35% of collections Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop treatment plans. Provide preventive care, including exams, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants. Perform restorative procedures including fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulp therapy, extractions, and space maintainers. Diagnose and treat pediatric dental emergencies. Educate parents and caregivers on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care. Utilize behavior management techniques to create a positive patient experience. Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to provide outstanding patient care. Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and Texas State Board regulations. Qualifications Required DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry Residency. Active Texas Dental License in good standing. Level II Sedation Certification (Required). Current DEA Registration. Current BLS and PALS Certifications. Experience performing oral conscious sedation. Experience completing comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitation under general anesthesia. Excellent communication and patient relationship skills. Preferred Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Dentistry. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
