I'm looking for a dentist who already has their clinical foundation, at least a couple of years treating patients independently, and is ready to build on it. My goal isn't to train someone from the ground up. It's to take someone who already knows how to practice dentistry and help them get sharper, more confident, and more complete: in diagnosis, in casework, in communication, and in leadership. Position Details: Full-time Associate Dentist, 4 days a week. 2+ years of clinical experience required.
