What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in elevating the patient experience and supporting smooth clinical operations through responsibilities such as: Treatment Plan Management Reviewing and verifying treatment plans for accuracy and completeness. Clearly communicating treatment options and scheduling needs with patients. Estimating patient portions for PPO insurance plans with confidence and accuracy. Administrative & Front Office Excellence Utilizing Dentrix to input and manage patient data with precision. Assisting with patient intake, payment collection, and financial discussions. Maintaining organized, compliant records and documentation systems. Managing multiline phone systems and supporting front desk operations with professionalism and warmth.
