We perform everything from routine restorative dentistry to full-arch implant rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, PRF, laser dentistry, and digital workflows. What You'll Do Assist doctors during a wide variety of dental procedures Help lead and support the dental assisting team Mentor and train new assistants Maintain exceptional infection control and sterilization standards Prepare operatories and ensure clinical efficiency throughout the day Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral scans Assist with implant surgeries, extractions, bone grafting, cosmetic procedures, and restorative treatment Manage inventory and clinical supplies Help maintain equipment and organization throughout the office Communicate professionally with patients and teammates Work closely with doctors and leadership to continuously improve systems and patient care We're Looking For Someone Who Has previous dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred) Holds current Virginia Dental Assisting credentials (X-ray certification required) Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Remains calm and positive in a fast-paced environment Has excellent communication and leadership skills Takes pride in providing exceptional patient care Enjoys learning new technology and procedures Technology You'll Use Digital radiography Intraoral scanners CBCT imaging Digital treatment planning Advanced implant workflows Laser technology Curve Dental practice management software Why RB Comprehensive Dentistry?
