Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
• Take and develop medical imaging, including X-rays, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans, using dental software such OpenDental
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
• Ensure the dental operatory is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care in a friendly environment.
