Patient Care Coordinator

We're a Wellness Dentistry practice with a focus on the whole chewing system. Most dental offices focus on fixing teeth. We focus on improving overall health, starting with the mouth. We're looking for a warm, organized Patient Care Coordinator to be the first voice and face our patients meet, and the person who keeps their care on track.

What you'll do

• Be the first person to answer our phones, and the main point of contact for new patient calls and onboarding
• Own patient check-in so every visit starts smoothly
• Confirm appointments, follow up on recall, and track hygiene patients so no one falls through the cracks
• Verify insurance for hygiene appointments
• Run our internal referral program and represent us at occasional networking and vendor events (outside office hours)
• Post payments and help present treatment plans as needed

What you bring

• Prior dental front office experience
• Comfort with insurance verification
• A warm phone presence and genuine love of people
• Strong organization and follow-through
