What We Offer A consistent Monday through Thursday schedule Approximately 32â40 hours per week Office hours that vary between 8:00 AMâ5:00 PM and 7:00 AMâ3:00 PM A close-knit team environment The opportunity to have an important role in the success of the practice A doctor who values initiative, accountability, and team contribution An environment where your experience, ideas, and attention to detail matter Compensation: $19-23 hourly Benefits: health insurance, 401k match, PTO, competitive wage, uniform allowance The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator who enjoys people, thrives on organization, and takes pride in keeping a dental practice running smoothly. This is an important position within our practice. You will help create the first and last impression for our patients while also playing a key role behind the scenes in helping to keep our schedules productive, our information accurate, and our team connected. What Youâll Be Doing Greeting patients and creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience Answering phones and assisting patients with confidence and exceptional customer service Coordinating and maintaining schedules for one doctor and two to three hygienists Meticulously monitoring the schedule to identify openings, opportunities, and potential concerns Ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately and appropriate information is documented Managing patient collections and follow-up Running, reviewing, and analyzing front office reports Communicating effectively with the doctor and clinical team Following established systems and procedures consistently Identifying problems, asking questions, and helping find solutions Taking ownership of responsibilities and following through Who Will Thrive in This Position? You should also have: A minimum of two years of dental front office experience Strong dental scheduling experience Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong follow-through and personal accountability Confidence working with collections, reports, and practice data A patient-focused and professional demeanor The ability to work independently while being an active part of a team Experience with Dentrix Ascend is preferred.
