We are looking for a DA comfortable working with children who is looking to be crossed trained and work front office. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth Schedule appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and coverage, submit pre-authorizations Collect payments, process medical collections, and handle billing Manage phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Maintain high standards in office cleanliness Prior experience in dental assisting is highly desirable to assist in x-rays and the occasional impressions Our Ideal Candidate: OpenDental experience Maintains a positive, helpful attitude Dental assisting experience Is a team player Effectively communicates Is hyper-focused on customer service Is coachable/teachable Puts forth their best effort regardless of the task at hand Self-driven/self-motivated Works well individually and as a team "The Practice comes first" mentality Maintains office cleanliness Required: DA certification Comfortable working with children Reliable transportation Everything listed in "Our Ideal Candidate" Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
