What You'll Be Doing (The Role) As our Dental Assistant, you will play a central role in delivering smooth clinical procedures and a comforting patient experience: Chairside Assisting: Partner closely with our doctors during a wide variety of restorative and preventive dental procedures. Patient Care & Comfort: Seat patients warmly, review health histories, explain treatment steps, and ensure an empathetic, stress-free chairside experience. Digital X-Rays & Imaging: Take high-quality dental radiographs accurately and efficiently. Operatory Setup & Sterilization: Prepare, sanitize, and break down treatment operatories, maintaining strict infection control protocols. Clinical Collaboration: Support inventory management, restock clinical supplies, and maintain seamless communication with the front office team. Qualifications Certifications: Arizona Dental Radiography (X-Ray) Certification (Preferred) - Clinic is willing to assist candidate in obtaining certifications. Experience: No prior experience required-we are eager to train! Prior clinical chairside experience is a plus.
