Front Desk Coordinator/Billing Specialist – 4 Days a Week - $25-$28 ($42,000-48,000 annually) General dental practice is patient-centered and is seeking an experienced individual to work as a front desk. Patient care is our top priority. We implement state-of-the-art technologies which will allow our practice to perform efficiently both clinically and administratively. Our practice is actively seeking a friendly, caring, enthusiastic, reliable, and professional individual to join our team. Qualifications for this position include but are not limited to: Knowledge of dental insurances and billing is a must Knowledge of dental practice management software is a must Knowledge of Eaglesoft practice management software is a plus Understanding dental insurances and the ability to include it in case presentation Maintaining accounts aging at 10% or less Ability to answer multiple phone lines and greet patients Minimal of 3+ years dental experience Excellent customer service and oral and written communication skills The main role of our team member is to: Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive first impression.
