HealthPoint is currently looking for a Family Dentist to add to the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an experienced team of EDDA's and a full-time hygienist. Base Salary Range : Avg. > $250 (Includes Base, Production and Quality bonuses) Base salary if work 5 days per week at 36 hours to $180,000 Base salary if work 4 days per week at 36 hours to $150,000 Production bonus stays the same Sign on Bonus : $20,000 Paid out after 90 days of continuous service. Prorated for part time Years of Service Award: Over $5,000 at specific intervals starting at year 2 401k Plan: $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 on the $1 for 4th and 5th% for a max match at 4% of your income. This is a Safe Harbor Plan so you are 100% vested on the company match immediately. CME and License Fees: Up to $4,600 Paid Time Off: 30 days Holidays & Birthday: Up to 9 Paid Holidays and as well as your Birthday off paid. Health/Dental/Vision: Organization pays a portion of all.
