FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST – DENTAL OFFICE South Torrance | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM We are a friendly, busy GP private dental practice in South Torrance seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy dental office. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in providing a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience. We are a PPO-only practice and do not accept HMO insurance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dental professional looking for a supportive private-practice environment and the potential for long-term employment. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm appointments Manage patient flow and assist with patient dismissal Assist the back office with seating patients as needed Answer phones and respond to patient questions Verify patient information and assist with insurance benefits and inquiries Work efficiently within Eaglesoft patient management software Assist with instrument sterilization as needed QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of dental office experience preferred, other types of office experince welcome to apply, willing to train those willing to learn Eaglesoft experience required or computer literate Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology Experience with PPO dental insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment Must be available working Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Experienced Dental Assistants interested in transitioning to a front-office position are welcome to apply. $20–$23 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
