Our practice is currently seeking a motivated Dental Assistant (DA/RDA/RDAEF2) who is dedicated, friendly, and passionate about patient care. About Us: Our office uses advanced technology, including iTero digital scanning, Intra Oral Cameras, and CT scanning, to deliver top-notch care and ensure the best outcomes for our patients. About the Role: We are looking for an Assistant who is skilled and efficient and also a team player with a positive attitude to contribute towards the growth of the office. The ideal candidate is committed to providing exceptional patient care, is adaptable, and communicates well with both patients and team members. Compensation: Hourly pay is based on licensure level (DA, RDA, or RDAEF2), relevant experience, and demonstrated hands-on clinical skills. Qualifications: - Experience: Experience is a plus, but weâre willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Skills: Friendly, punctual, and organized with excellent communication skills. - Technical Proficiency: Good at Xrays. Familiarity with Eaglesoft, iTero scanning, and CT scanning is a plus. And RDA or RDAEF2 Tasks as applicable. - Traits: Trustworthy, honest, dependable, and professional. Key Responsibilities: - Capture high-quality X-rays. - Coronal Polishing - Take accurate impressions and create temporary crowns. - Adhere to proper sterilization and infection control protocols. - Maintain a clean, organized Office and workspace. - Setting up and Breakdown of rooms. - Efficiently able to Chart treatments. - Taking thorough Patient Notes. - Effectively communicate with patients. - Coordinate with labs, including case preparation and follow-up. - All other duties associated with the RDA or RDAEF2 role(As Applicable). - Help with other office tasks as assigned Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location: In person
