What You'll Be Helping With Depending on experience and training, responsibilities may include: Assisting with pediatric dental and airway appointments Assisting with infant and pediatric tongue-tie procedures Supporting children and parents before, during, and after procedures Taking photographs, scans, measurements, and other clinical records Preparing and turning over treatment rooms Sterilization and infection-control protocols Helping with airway and orthodontic appliances Patient and parent education Coordinating with myofunctional therapists, lactation consultants, ENTs, feeding therapists, and other collaborative providers Following up with families after treatment Helping create an organized, calm, welcoming clinical environment Finding ways to make every child's visit more comfortable and enjoyable This Probably Isn't the Right Job If...
