Job description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental practice in San Ramon, CA. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during various dental procedures (fillings, extractions, crowns, endo, etc.) Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize and disinfect instruments Provide patient education Manage inventory of dental supplies Sterilize and disinfect equipment and tools to ensure safety and cleanliness Ensure a positive patient experience by fostering a warm and welcoming environment Requirements: Valid RDA License in the state of California CPR Certification Preferred 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures Proficient in taking radiographs and using dental software (Open Dental and Dexis) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work well in a team environment We Offer: Part-time or full-time position Competitive salary based on experience 2-weeks paid time off annually and holidays 401(k) Opportunities for continuing education and professional development A friendly and supportive team atmosphere A 60-day probation period will take place when hired Why Work With Us?
