Aesthetic Dental Innovations in Marblehead, MA is looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Dental Assistant or Dental Assisting student to join our team! This position is open to experienced dental assistants, recent graduates, and students currently completing their Dental Assisting education or clinical training. We are happy to train the right person and are looking for someone who is eager to learn, develop their clinical skills, and grow within a professional dental practice. Work closely with Dr. Jeffery Dornbush and his team, voted Marblehead's 2026 Best Dentist. What You'll Do Assist with dental procedures including bonding, x-rays, crown preparation and cementation Assist the doctor during patient treatment Prepare treatment rooms and the sterilization of instruments Assist with patient-care and comfort Learn about day-to-day dental practice operations of a dental practice Work closely with the doctor and dental team to develop your clinical skills We welcome applications from: Experienced Dental Assistants Recent Dental Assisting graduates Dental Assisting students currently completing their education or clinical training Students who are currently in a Dental Assisting program and need additional clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
