This role is best suited for a hygienist who is confident, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of the hygiene schedule. We are looking for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly with patients, support the doctor, and help create a strong patient experience. Our office has a new doctor in the practice, and we are building a stronger team around patient care, communication, and long-term growth.
