We believe hygienists should have enough time to provide excellent care, educate their patients, and build long-term relationships without feeling rushed. What We Offer $60–$65/hour depending on experience Approximately 7–8 patients per full day No evenings No weekends Consistent part-time schedule Private PPO practice Supportive doctor and team Modern digital office Established patient base Opportunity for additional hours as our hygiene schedule grows Our Ideal Hygienist We're looking for someone who: Provides excellent, thorough patient care Communicates confidently and enjoys patient education Is comfortable with periodontal therapy and preventive care Manages their schedule efficiently Is dependable and professional Enjoys working as part of a team Wants to build long-term relationships with patients Spanish-speaking and Open Dental experience are a plus. Experienced hygienists are preferred, although we are open to an exceptional newer hygienist who is motivated to learn and grow.
