As a clinical team member, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding orthodontic care. Responsibilities include preparing patients for treatment, assisting with bracket bonding and orthodontic adjustments, taking radiographs, maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment, sterilizing instruments, performing lab duties, and ensuring each treatment area is fully prepared between patients. This position requires someone who is comfortable working chairside and "in the mouth" throughout the day, can multitask effectively, and follows clinical protocols with precision while helping patients feel relaxed and informed during their visit. In addition to clinical responsibilities, you'll assist with patient communication, answer phone calls during busy times, and help ensure the office runs efficiently. Strong computer skills, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service are essential.
