Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Chattanooga, TN
We are seeking a reliable and professional dental assistant to join our growing dental practice. As a dental assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the dental team in a variety of tasks to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist in performing dental procedures and treatments Prepare treatment rooms for procedures and ensure that all equipment is properly sterilized and prepared Take dental x-rays as directed by the dentist Record patient medical histories and maintain accurate patient records Schedule patient appointments and follow up on missed appointments Assist in educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques Manage inventory and order dental supplies as needed Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required · Completion of an accredited dental assistant program preferred · Experience working in a dental practice preferred · Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Reliable and punctual · Detail-oriented and organized · CPR Certified If you are passionate about providing excellent patient care and want to be a part of a dynamic dental team, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
